Reversible Thermochromic Ink based on Crystal Violet Lactone/Boric Acid/Hexadecyl Alcohol for Anti-Counterfeiting Printing

The purpose of the study is to prepare reversible thermochromic materials with good discoloration properties, which are used as fillers a new type ink. Reversible were prepared by solid phase method crystal violet lactone chromogenic agent, boric acid agent and hexadecanol cosolvent, ink was using material filler. scanning electron microscope images showed that spherical had advantages non-adhesion. printability discussed changing parameters including content material, printing pressure, sequence tester. test color change performance temperature range 47.5–51.1∘C, time 46 s, recolor 29 s, stability excellent. has certain application value in anti-counterfeiting printing.
